This is the main site of the Washington Town & Country Fair, a popular event that draws big crowds each summer. It’s an easy drive via I-44 west, then north on Highway 47 into Washington.

For the safety of all our residents, pets, and property, fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on Pacific Village Apartments property — including on the 4th of July. We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe, quiet, and family-friendly this holiday. 🙏

We’re in the middle of a classic Missouri summer 🔥 — please keep yourself and your apartment cool with these quick tips:
Keep window blinds closed during the hottest parts of the day to block out heat.
Use fans to circulate air and avoid overheating.
Hydrate frequently — don’t wait until you’re thirsty!
Check in on pets and neighbors, especially during peak heat hours (2–6 PM).
