🏡 PVA Summer Tips
With summer temperatures heating up, we also wanted to share an important reminder for residents:
🌡 Please do NOT completely shut off your air conditioner when leaving for work or while away during the day.
During hot summer months, apartment temperatures can rise very quickly.
If the A/C is turned fully off, it can sometimes take many hours for the system to cool the apartment back down properly.
✅ We strongly recommend keeping your thermostat set around 75° or below during the summer to help your system maintain a comfortable temperature more efficiently.
