The countdown is on, Pacific! The Iron Horse Rodeo is one of the most anticipated weekends of the year, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for two nights of adrenaline-pumping rodeo action. From bronc riding and barrel racing to the roar of the crowd as riders face off against the toughest bulls, this event captures the heart of Western tradition and small-town fun.

This rodeo canāt happen without volunteers ā and we need your help! Many of our rodeo volunteers have had to back out, so if youāre available, please step up. As a thank-you, volunteers get a free ticket for the other night of the rodeo.

But hereās the bigger picture ā this season, weāve been reminded that horses arenāt just part of our entertainment, theyāre part of our healing. Last week we spotlighted Hope Project STL, a nonprofit using the power of horses to help veterans, first responders, and families find resilience and connection. š“š Their work shows how rodeo animals and equine partners can change lives far beyond the arena.
š Letās celebrate and cheer at the rodeo and remember that our community is also lifting up causes that matter ā where horses help humans, and neighbors help neighbors.
