Here’s everything you need to know.

🚗 Snow in the Forecast? Please Avoid Parking Over the Sidewalk
If your bumper hangs over the sidewalk, our team cannot:
Clear the snow
Spread salt
Keep walkways safe
A quick parking adjustment helps keep everyone safe. Thank you! 🙏❄️
🔥 Keep Your Heat On — Even While You’re Away
With temps dropping, frozen pipes can happen fast.
Please keep your thermostat set to 55°F or higher at all times, even if you’re out for the day or weekend.
This protects:
✔ Your apartment
✔ Your neighbors
✔ The building’s plumbing system

🎄 Downtown Pacific Christmas Parade
📍 Downtown Pacific
🕕 Parade begins at 6:00 PM
A magical night parade filled with floats, lights, music, and holiday spirit.
OFFICIAL PARADE ROUTE (Confirmed by Pacific EMA):
📍 Starts at Pacific Intermediate (PI)
➡️ Goes east on Union
⬇️ Turns south on Columbus
⬅️ Turns west on St. Louis Street
⬆️ Turns north on 6th St
🔄 Returns to PI on Union
🚧 Important Road Closures & Parking Info (Official EMA Announcement)
❌ Temporary No-Parking Zones
In effect 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM on parade day:
• No parking on the east side of 2nd through 7th Streets north of Union
• No parking near intersections, crosswalks, or sidewalks
• Parade Zone must remain clear for safety and emergency access
Pacific Police will actively enforce these closures.

Attendees for Winter Wonderland & the Parade are urged to park at the:

Use the crosswalks to reach Pacific Station Plaza.
