As Thanksgiving arrives and the scent of stuffing fills the air, we want to take a moment to reflect on what truly matters most — our people, our homes, and this little piece of Missouri we’re all lucky enough to call home.
Here at Pacific Village, Thanksgiving isn’t just a day on the calendar. It’s a feeling — a season of slowing down, looking around, and recognizing just how special our village really is.
🍁 A Community Rooted in Gratitude

From our hardworking residents and kind neighbors to the beautiful changing trees around the property — we are grateful for YOU. Whether you’ve been here for a week or for years, your presence is part of what makes this place feel like more than just housing. It’s home. 💛
Special thanks to:
The PVA team for finishing up preventative maintenance before the cold settles in.
Everyone keeping things cozy and clean this season — your small efforts make a big difference.
Our local history: Did you know Pacific got its name from the arrival of the Pacific Railroad back in 1853? Even our town was built on connection and movement forward. 🚂
🛠️ PVA News & Friendly Reminders
🌳 Tree Mitigation Scheduled
On Thursday, December 4, we’ll be completing tree mitigation work across the property.
Please note: A few parking spots will be blocked off temporarily to allow for safe tree trimming and equipment access. Thanks in advance for your patience!
🌡️ Winter Travel Plans?
If you’re headed out of town this winter — even just for a weekend please remember to leave your thermostat set to 55°F or higher.
This helps prevent frozen pipes and protects both your apartment and those nearby.
Need anything? Just call us. We’re always here to help.
🏡 From Our Table to Yours
Whether you’re roasting a turkey, heating up takeout, or just enjoying a quiet day off — we hope your Thanksgiving is filled with peace, comfort, and community.
From everyone at Pacific Village Apartments!,
