🎃 Halloween Weekend in Pacific: Carnival Fun, Monster Fest & a Fall-Back Reminder

Here’s your quick guide to October 30–November 1.
🚑 Friday: Halloween Fun at the Ambulance Station
Start the weekend at the Meramec Ambulance District’s Halloween Carnival. Station 1 will welcome neighbors for games, prizes, pumpkin painting, movies, ambulance tours, snacks and a bounce house.
Costumes are encouraged, but you’re welcome to come as you are.

👻 Saturday: Monster Fest Takes Over Downtown
On Halloween afternoon, head downtown for Pacific Partnership’s Monster Fest!
Local businesses and community members will line St. Louis Street with trick-or-treat booths, giving families a chance to collect candy, show off costumes and enjoy a little hometown Halloween fun.
Saturday, October 31, 2026
1–4 p.m.
St. Louis Street, between First and Fourth streets
🎟️ Free community event
Bring your candy bag, wear comfortable shoes and enjoy seeing familiar faces behind the treat tables.
Check the organizer’s page for updates before heading out: https://www.pacificmo.org/event/monsterfest
🌤️ What About the Weather?
As of October 26, Pacific’s early forecast points to a warm Halloween weekend: Friday highs near 79°F, followed by highs around 72°F Saturday and Sunday. Overnight lows are forecast in the upper 50s.
That could make for comfortable costume weather, but forecasts can change. Check again before leaving, especially if your plans include evening trick-or-treating.
A few simple reminders: carry a flashlight after dark, use designated crossings and drive slowly around pedestrians.
🕰️ Sunday: Enjoy That Extra Hour
Before bed Saturday night, set any clocks that don’t adjust automatically back one hour. Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, November 1.
Enjoy the extra hour—and remember that sunset will arrive earlier by the clock Sunday evening.
