November is here, bringing a nearby art show, a little fall housekeeping and new apartment opportunities for the new year.

🎨 Discover Local Art at Shaw Nature Reserve
Looking for a relaxed weekend outing? Head to Shaw Nature Reserve in Gray Summit for its Annual Art Show on
Saturday and Sunday, November 7–8, 2026, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. both days.
Artists will display and sell their work throughout the rustic cabins at the Dana Brown Overnight Center.
Browse paintings, photography, jewelry, ceramics, sculpture and other handmade pieces. You might find something for your apartment—or get an early start on holiday shopping.
Admission is priced per vehicle:
$10 per member vehicle
$20 per nonmember vehicle
Free for Festival-level members and above
Parking is limited, so consider sharing a ride with friends. Check the official event page for admission details and updates before heading out.
🍁 Fall Cleanup Is Coming to PVA
As we head into cooler weather, please remove potted plants and flowers from patios and breezeways. Thank you in advance for helping us prepare the community for the season!
PVA will also be performing fall cleanup and leaf removal over the next week or two. Please watch for trucks, equipment and crews working throughout the community, and give them plenty of room.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we keep our grounds looking their best. :)
