🚛 Touch a Truck – Free Family Fun This Saturday!
Pacific is buzzing this August with events, community improvements, and even a sneak peek at our next available apartment. Here’s what’s happening this week:
Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Touch a Truck event, happening Saturday, August 16 from 9 AM – 12 PM at Liberty Field.
Kids and families can climb aboard, honk horns, and explore real trucks, farm equipment, and safety vehicles. There will be live demonstrations, hands-on fun, and plenty of photo ops.
🎉 Thanks to the sponsors – Presleys Glass, Graphic Packaging, Phil’s Tire Shop, Citizens Bank, and Little Ireland – this event is FREE for everyone.

The Labadie Outdoor Summer Market is also happening Saturday, August 16 from 9 AM–3 PM in historic downtown Labadie.

🧼 Attention Central Pacific Residents – Power Washing August 18
On Monday, August 18, select Central Pacific buildings will have their breezeways and top-floor wood/concrete areas professionally power washed.
This work is part of our periodic deep-clean schedule — most buildings only need this every few years, unlike other floor plans that primarily require gutter and fascia maintenance.
What you need to do by Sunday, August 17:
Remove all chairs, plants, grills, bikes, welcome mats, and decorations from breezeways, decks, and enclosures.
Bicycle & Grill enclosures are for bikes and grills only — any other items will be discarded.
Ensure your living room and bedroom windows are closed before the work begins.
