As we move out of winter and into a new season, there’s a lot happening nearby — along with a few helpful reminders for our residents and community.

Spring is bringing some great opportunities to get out and enjoy the area:
🏃 Spring Into Nature 5K – Shaw Nature Reserve
📍 307 Pinetum Loop Rd, Gray Summit, MO 63039
🗓 Saturday, March 21 at 9:00 AM
Kick off the season with a 5K run or walk through the scenic trails of Shaw Nature Reserve. It’s a great way to get outside and enjoy the changing season.

🦉 Owl Prowl – World Bird Sanctuary March 21 and March 28

Step into the nighttime world of owls with this unique evening experience.
During the Owl Prowl, you can expect:
An introduction to live owls and their unique calls
A chance to learn about owl behavior and nighttime activity
A guided evening walk where you may hear — or even call in — wild owls
It’s a memorable, hands-on experience that’s both educational and fun for all ages.
🎟 Tickets: Adults: $20 Children (12 and under): $12

We know pets are part of the family 💙 Just be sure to check in with the office before bringing any new pets onto the property so we can get everything approved ahead of time.
🛠 Work Orders & Community Reminder
Please remember to call or stop by the office for all work orders to help ensure timely service, as maintenance is often busy out in the field.
